Follow the Steps Below to Generate a Live Event Painting Price Quote

Live event painting is more expensive than commissioned paintings from photos because of the additional time and work by an experienced professional artist, in addition to the performance and entertainment for your guests during the reception.  When possible, I will create the background for the live painting in the studio before the event. During the event I will paint in as many figures as possible and take photographs for reference. After the event I will make add more realistic details and final touches before delivering your memory to you. Below you will find package prices and detailed information on available sizes. September through December are my busiest months and fill up fast. Paintings are completed in chronological order. Turn around is usually 6-8 weeks per painting, though this will be a bit longer during peak times.

• Prices are calculated from material costs, size, and work hours based on detail complexity. Personalized cost estimates available on request.

• Payment is completed in three stages, though custom plans available to work within your budget. A 25% deposit is due at the time of booking to reserve your date. A remaining balance is split into 2 payments, 50% due halfway, and the remaining balance due the week of the wedding.  Deposits are non refundable and cover the cost of materials and preparation of the canvas.

• All costs estimated before sales tax or shipping. If you need shipping, the cost will be determined by size, weight and destination.

• Travel costs not included in these prices.  No travel costs apply for travel less than 60 miles from New Orleans.

• Louisiana state and parish taxes will apply.
